Leon Rayon Johnson (born 8 August 1987 in Georgetown, Demerara), is a Guyanese born West Indies cricketer who captained the West Indies in the 2006 U-19 Cricket World Cup in Sri Lanka.〔 Retrieved on 7 February 2007.〕

Johnson made his first class debut for Guyana in the 2003/04 season when he played in two first class matches, scoring just four runs from 3 innings.
